I love to go on youtube and check out video others have made, but some of them are poor and show the wrong way to doing this, especially when form is crucial on most free weight exercise. I’ll both excellent videos along with horrible ones for both entertainment and for learning what NOT to do to reduce injury to yourself or others.

Squatting with proper form takes practice. Start out with body weight first and slowly graduate to DBs then to a barbell. Remember to keep your back as straight as possible, chest out..Remember to BREATHE.
Very inspiring. Never give up, you are worth every moment of hard work, sweat, pain and tears to get to your goal.
Stretching — a must for before and after either cardio or weightlifting and also on a daily basis for basic health.

You don’t have to use a plate to elevate your heel, but you feel much more in hamstrings.
